Orders
An order is confirmed when payment is received and you have an order number. We reserve the right to cancel an order and refund it in full if a piece becomes unavailable.
Pricing
All prices are in US dollars and exclude tax and duties, which are calculated at checkout or on delivery depending on your country.
Personalisation and custom orders
Personalised pieces are made to your specification and cannot be returned. Custom orders from the atelier are confirmed on receipt of a deposit and completed on the timeline agreed in your quote.
